Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, the product is expected to be delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Please ensure that the shipping address, pincode, and mobile number are entered correctly while placing the order. Dr Nidhi’s Formula is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
